Flyer Design Brief

We need a flyer re-design for a company that recently started doing it's own graphic design. Although we've taken a first attempt at the design, we would like a design professional, like yourself show us how much better you can do it. We're going through a re-branding as the logo reads "formerly" known as and although we'd like to keep the logo as it is---everything else should be more contemporary.
