Letterhead Design Brief

We need a new letterhead design for a 20 year old consulting company. Ideally jpg (or other) image that can be dropped onto a word/publisher document. Currently we have a 'design' header and 'detail' footer (with address etc), and this works well, but is not essential. The letterhead/footer must be suitable for portrait and landscape (or 2 separate images to cater for both alignments) and must be suitable for in-office printing (ie doesn't lose content outside of printer margins)

Our business card includes a cutout jigsaw piece, so it is essential that a jigsaw image is included in the design. Our most recent design also included clouds, but I'm over this. Use SUBDUED greyish/blue colouring.

I've attached the old letterhead (file names letterhead fat and letterhead master), and one I've mocked up (KPPM letterhead Nov 12) and market tested (new name is KPPM Strategy), so this should provide a starting point. NOTE COMPANY NAME IS KPPM Strategy - quite a few designs have come in with our old company name.

The design needs to communicate simplicity, experience, ideas. our tagline is "clarity and direction", but we also use "when you need ideas". Don't include these in the design, we change them quite often.
