Logo Design Brief

Hello Designers,

We are a property group.... we have several names for the various parts of the business, such as Smart Build for the construction side of things.
We also do real estate sales, marketing, property management, development and so on.....

We are looking for a new logo to encompase all this under the new banner of 'Smart Corp'

We are not sure how to spell this:
- SMART CORP
- SMARTCORP
- Smartcorp
- Smart corp
- SmartCorp
- Smart
Corp
- SMART
CORP
and so on...

We will settle with what looks best and what is industry standard with business names that use the word 'corp' in them.

The logo need not have construction symbols in them.
Take Walkercorp for example.... they have a unique 'W' and the word 'Walker'

I just wanted to add... the the 'W' walkercorp logo and it's colours was just a guide as to one option that we would consider.

You are free to design any creative idea you come up with and apply any colour you like to it.

'Dear Designers,

I am eliminating designers today.

I am known for giving great feedback to designers however on this occasion logistically i just cant do it.

There are too many to eliminate to give personal feedback to.

If i do eliminate you, I just say:

Thank your designs.... we were overwhelmed to have received over 600 of them.

We like your work however on this occasion we will not be proceeding with you.

We look forward to working with you on our next design competition.
