T-shirt Design Brief

We want a new design for the back of our karate gis that will appeal to kids and young teens of both genders. We have in mind maybe some young anime looking martial artists, like a dragon ball z sort of look to them. The graphic should appeal to parents too, so our anime characters should be happy kids, and not a fight scene. The graphic should be cheaply screen-printable (only 3-4 colors). Our name is "American Elite Martial Arts." If you would like to coordinate the characters with our actual attire, our kids use wear all black uniforms and and some girls wear all pink uniforms, and our instructors wear red tops and black bottoms. Then the typical karate belts with those ranging from white for beginners to black for experts.
