Logo Design Brief

Logo is to be used mainly for the header of a website. Our website features condominium buildings, projects and listings for sale. Logo should be horizontal in orientation idealy about 320 px in width. Our current color combo is white and blue #0d6cbf with text ##999. We are open to all ideas designs. Would like it to look techie and modern if possible, but still keep in mind we are selling condos.
