T-shirt Design Brief

Update- poster requirement removed.

Brief:
I need a design for t-shirts and hoodies incorporating the words 'ngāti pāhauwera' (will be on front). Also on front will be an image/logo that gives a sense of "mountains, forest, river to sea". If you scroll through the photos in the homepage of the website (ngatipahauwera.co.nz) - you can get a sense of what is important to this group of people. the area is remote, nature, river, family, fishing. The design should be something that instils pride and shows interconnectedness/family relationships. They are maori (indigenous nz) so can incorporate design similar to header of webpage.
My image of the logo would have mountain in background, river wrapping around it, snaking to ocean (not a side view I.e. Mountain on left- ocean on right) more a middle view.

Colours: text can be one colour or have highlights. can be red, black and white (traditional), or blue and green for nature. Blue and red can only be highlight colours not main colours.

Text: Can be old english script/tattoo style or each of the 'a's in the text could have a 'koru' or swirl similar to attached. Font for the text should be bold, proud.
Most will have 'ngāti pāhauwera' on front only but there will be some staff t-shirts which will have an additional word 'kaimahi' on the back.

3. I will also use logo and 'ngāti pāhauwera' on pens, magnets and caps. Words and logo need to be able to be separated so that they can fit on different merchandise.

Both should be cohesive.
