Web Design Brief

I need a very clean, uncomplicated design for an LA-based, very senior level strategic communications firm with about four associates. Landing page should stress LA, maybe a slider with downtown skyline, Malibu pier, and Rodeo Drive. In addition to landing page with firm's description, all else we'd need is services offered page and another for bios of associates.
