T-shirt Design Brief

I would like a simple t-shirt design. I want a silhouette of a woman sky diving with the word 'WHEEEE!!!' above it I've included two images, I would like the silhouette to look like either one of the included files. I would like "Wheeee" spelled exactly like "Wheeee!!!" Also, I would like the design delivered to me as a vector graphic. I would like the text and the silhouette of the Bungee jumper in black.
