3D Design Brief

I own a hotel in Kitimat BC. I need to apply to the city to receive permission to change the exteriors of the building. I have already completed a project in town that has the same exterior products and colors. We are using a concrete paint on the bottom of the building (Ironstone). Vinyl siding on the top of the building (Brownstone). The trim around the windows and corners of the building is vinyl and smart trim (Ironstone). I have included pictures of the four sides of the hotel to be sided. I have also included pictures of a smaller project that has the exact same color and product to be applied to the new hotel exteriors. I need a mock up drawing of the hotel with the future siding, paint and trim applied in a digital image. It does not need to be to scale. Just simple mock up to show the city council and surrounding neighbors what the building will look like. 3 different angels would be helpful. Any items not specified should be Brownstone in color. Exact Building measurements and dimensions are included in the drawings attached. Aprox. 30' wide x 120' long x 35' tall (please see exact measurements)
