Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a modern artistic design for my company logo. I have a hot sauce business. The label should be appealing for people to want to pick up my bottle and see what the hot sauce is.

I would like the logo simple enough so if I wanted to do color, black and white, outline, etc.. that it would still be appealing.
