I am starting a new series of running workshops for keen city runners. I need a poster to advertise the start of the workshops which will be in London's leading running shop that I am partnering with. The poster will be displayed in A3 size in the floor to ceiling shop windows as well in in A4 size inside the shop.
My company Carbon PT is relatively new, providing both one to one and group training sessions to help improve technique, fitness and educate about injury prevention through training. The company focus is on providing an excellent personal, friendly and tailored service. I am very much involved with fitness and sport specific research, ensuring I provide the latest scientific methods in a practical, applicable and effective way.
The workshops will teach you how to improve your own running technique and increase your knowledge to give you the confidence to apply the methods and run faster, easier and injury free.

Nice to have
- Perhaps a picture/photo. Something that will stand out from the other pictures associated with running shoe brands.
To convey it's not just a product but an investment in you, that will give you a real permanent improvement in your own running style.
It would be nice to have the company colours as the base for the colour palette in the poster.
