Logo Design Brief
I am setting up a new business and would really appreciate some inspirational designs for a logo... I have seen some amazing work on this site and I am hoping someone can knock my socks off!
The company name (which must be incorporated into the design) is "Trusted Quick House Sale.co.uk"
I am imagining a logo that perhaps includes an image or sketch of a house incorporated within the design. Here are a couple that I thought were OK, but I am sure you can do better! :-):

Updates
One or two good designs have been submitted so far and I very much appreciate everybody that has taken the time to offer up "personalised" designs - rather than just sending me some clip art, as one person has!
It occurred to me that the following might make things a bit clearer...
My customers are highly motivated individuals, who are very keen to sell their home. Some are about to be repossessed, others are getting divorced, maybe they have mounting debts, or perhaps they have just become completely despondent with trying to sell their house in the conventional way.
So what I do is to offer these people tailor made solutions to their problems and genuinely try my best to find a way to help. Usually I buy the house, or perhaps I long term rent it, but in either case, if the logo can in some way get over the fact that I genuinely try to help them, that would be great (I'm a nice guy - .I'm not - like some - trying to rip them off!)
I hope this is useful.
Kind regards... Tony

Project Deadline Extended
Reason:
I have had some pretty good designs in, but there isn't any one design that is "perfect". I am away for a few days now, helping my parents move house - great fun :-( but will be back early part of next week when I will contact the designers who's designs I like and ask them if they are willing to make perhaps one or two (tiny) tweaks (e.g. font, colour etc.) Perhaps there might also be one or two new designs submitted that I may favour.
Just one further thought...
Since I see my business as genuinely trying to help people who are often in pretty dire situations (financial, personal etc.) Is there any way you can get this warm/approachable/rescuing/caring kind of attitude into your design? That would be the clincher I suppose. I need something that says "we really want to help you sell your home quickly and without any hassle or stress"... we care!... Frankly many of the logos I have had submitted simply don't manage to get that across.
I hope this in some way helps and many many thanks once again for all your efforts so far.
Kind regards... Tony

Target Market(s)
Adults aged anywhere anywhere from 30 upwards living in the UK. They are going to be VERY keen to sell their homes, either for financial reasons (which may mean they are distressed sellers) or because they have become despondent with the amount of enquiries they have had by selling through conventional means (estate agents / real estate agents etc). These people are likely to be working class individuals without much money.

Requirements
Must have
- Should look professional, but not too corporate - so the logo can "connect" with the client (see "Target Market" description above).
I want some to include some simple "house" type of image within the design. This could be a stylised "sketch" of a house, or simply just a shape incorporated within the logo that clearly looks like a house.
I don't mind if bright colours are used (say red's or greens etc) because whilst I want to portray a professional image, I am NOT dealing with high class corporate individuals.
You must include the ".co.uk"
Nice to have
- The logo needs to work well on a website, business cards and flyers
