Web Design Brief
After 8 years of our current site, we're ready to upgrade our site design. We'd like to generally make it more modern and clean and build it on a CMS like joomla for easier future maintenance.
Our hotel is a family-owned bed and breakfast that competes against much larger hotel chains in Aspen with fancier rooms and larger pricetags. Our hotel is priced moderately and features tasteful, uniquely-design rooms.
We are looking for a website that will showcase the uniqueness of our rooms, the history of the Inn, and the friendliness of our staff.
Here are some other hotel sites we like:

Scope of Work - I'm looking for a design AND build. The website should be built out in Joomla as part of the final deliverable.

Requirements
Must have
- Must, must, must be based on a joomla template. "Rotating" large main image as central position on homepage is a must (see example websites mentioned above).
Nice to have
- We have an existing online reservation system. It would be nice to evaluate placing a "widget" on the homepage that integrates to the online reservation page. Similar to that feature that the Little Nell website has at the foot of the main image on their homepage.
