Poster Design Brief

We need a movie poster for a comedy film noir. We are looking for something illustrated in the old school noir style, like 'Maltese Falcon', 'Gun For Hire', 'Detour' etc. But we also want it to have a modern flavor, as the recent films it would be akin to are "The Big Lebowski" "Burn After Reading" and 'Pulp Fiction.

doctor, to save a precious Maltese and still make it to

The key elements we would like the poster to have: Danger (knife or gun), Dog (bone, animal, collar) Ironic or Comedic dash-sublte but we dont' want the fact that it is also comedy to be a surprise, Sexy Lady (Mistress, Dominatrix, one of our lead ladies-see website) and maybe faces of our leads (actor pictures on site)

The pictures on the site were early test shoots, attached are pictures form the shoot and two very rough non-illustrated poster tests.
