Logo Design Brief

We are a newly established condominium in Oslo Norway who needs a logo. The name of the condominium in norwegian is "Sameiet Qben" meaning "Condominium Cube" in English.

The Cube is modern building where the name is inspired by the building's facade living with multiple bay windows and gold-plated ledges that can be experienced cubic. Please see attached pictures.

Must have

• 1. The logo shall be associated with "The Cube", which is characteristics of the building (see attached photos)
  
  2. Logo shall be associated with an building
  
  3. Main color shall be gold yellow (see attached photos)
  
  4. Logo needs to be visible on light and dark background
  
  5. Logo should also give impression of nice and cozy place to live, since this building is home for 55 families.
  

Nice to have

• 1. Terrace at the roof of the building (see photo attachment) can be included in the logo in some way to make it even more special
