HomeQ.co.uk (http://homeq.co.uk) is looking for a new logo for estate agents (realtors) and internet users with property questions to rally around.
We are looking for a modern, sober, yet fun design that inspires confidence and trust but also speaks to the core of what we do.... Connects people with property related questions to professionals who provide answers.
As well as a logo for HomeQ.co.uk we also need a 'HQ' logo to fit our Twitter account avatar etc...

Median demographic is "young well educated city dwellers' mixed with 'maturing families on mid-range incomes' as well as estate agents (realtors) and other property professionals.

Must have
- If a graphic is used, it must relate to the service provided by HomeQ as opposed to a generic picture of a house. The logo must have HomeQ.co.uk as text and be the dominant feature (we want people to see the logo and remember the domain name first and foremost).
Must have a version of the logo which can be used in avatars which is just "HQ".
Nice to have
- The strapline is a nice to have, not a priority 'Property questions answered'. Would be nice to inherit the colour scheme from the existing website.
