Logo Design Brief

I need to make some addtions to our logo for just one year. We want to promote our 60th anniversary, or perhaps promote it as our 60th birthday. It's mostly for the sake of our employees and the community, however the customer impact is valued as well. Add verbiage and/or graphic that looks celebratory...streamers, "join the party", cupcakes,...just examples. OUr main audience is highschool and college students.
