We need a webdesign + logo for RajaPremi.com

The website is www.rajapremi.com. The website is already up with the necessary quotation comparison + purchase mechanism.

We like www.progressive.com look and feel very much.
Blue is the preferred main theme.

The mainpage should highlight the following
1) quotation generator/input
2) hotline number
3) news/testimonial



The webdesign should be able to cater for mobile users as well.
The design should be professional and energetic
