Logo Design Brief
I am a Certified Executive Coach launching a new company.
Coaching is defined by the International Coach Federation as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
'Rooted' in the belief that we all have what it takes and the capability to find the answers, coaching is about leveraging one’s individual strengths and capacity to realize extraordinary personal and professional results. Sometimes, we just need a thinking partner to support the self-discovery to arrive at what lies within.
My approach is to integrate the powerful skills of coaching with solid business acumen to inspire INSIDE OUT LEADERSHIFT. This transformation inspires for me the symbol of a tree - firmly rooted with a solid core/trunk. Each season of life change brings about new foilage, leaves of many colours (natural yet bold reds, orange, yellow, brown). I envision the 't' on the end of 'out' or 'leadershift' being the trunk and branches with roots....as if the tree is growing from or is the 't'. The 't'/tree might look like a person.
The logo should inspire a movement (shift), transition and growth.
Inside Out Leadershift is the main piece with 'Executive Coaching and Leadership Development' being the sub-tag outlining the type of services the company offers.

Must have
- A tree as a symbol, preferably growing from the 't' in either 'out' or 'leadershift'.
Colours of brown, brick red, orange, yellow, beige - earthy, autumn colours.
Bold, crisp fonts.
Provide the vectoc files, together with the bitmap files (.jpg, .gif, .png).
Nice to have
- The 'shift' part of leadershift might show movement - the visual of shift ......maybe slanted towards the right.
Should not have
- Colours of blue, black, green.
