Logo Design Brief
Bifrost Computing needs a logo design for use on the web, posters, letter heads, and to put onto the computers we build.
We build custom, made to order computers of the highest quality, you want it we build it, no questions asked. We also build "ready made systems" for those on a stricter budget and aren't sure on what it is they need. Our initial offering is Pre-built PC's in the Home Entertainment (i.e. Console Killer complete with controller ready to hook up to your tv), Home Use, and Work Station categories. Our focus is on delivering Value for money with a superb product and support to match.
Ultimately our goal is to be considered the leader in Gaming PC's
We will be an online business delivering to the whole of Australia whilst having a small retail presence in local establishments. If all goes well we will also start to branch out internationally.
We are not looking for our logo to only have our name, instead we need an emblem or something of the sort that can be recognised as Bifrost without the words. You may feel free to put the name next to/around the logo/emblem as this will aid in the recognition but only the logo/emblem will be displayed on the case of the computers and possibly custom computer components in the future. The logo including the name will be used on official business documents.
You will need to be able to provide the logo in various sizes and qualities for use in advertising, company documents, packaging, product branding, and web. At the bottom are the particular sizes we require.
We are open to all ideas/colours/layouts/sizes/shapes and do not currently have a fixed idea for the design. Feel free to be as creative as you can be.
Whilst we are not sure of what we want in our logo there are some things that we know we do not want. Things we do NOT want in our Logo:
A "Words only" logo.
A logo which is dependent on a specific background colour.
A logo similar to competitors or suppliers in the computer, parts supplier market (i.e. silverstone uses a snowflake as their logo, please no snowflakes)
The final design should cover the following:
Must portray the company in a professional light
Must be instantly recognisable as Bifrost Computing
Must convey message of high quality at a low cost
Must be able to used on Computer Cases and Computer Components as branding
Must be able to be used in multiple mediums including (but not limited to):
