We need a logo design for a new company based in Dallas, TX called MDS Training Institite. We provide trainings for healthcare professionals on Clinical Reiumbursement Programs for the Long Term Care Industry. We are looking for a simple but clean logo to represent our company. MDS Training Institute is a name change from the previous company name Assessment Nurse Coordinators. Attached is a copy of the completion certificates that we are currently using.
