Brochure Design Brief

I'm looking for a tri fold brochure (A4 size) for a cosmetic surgery centre / dermatology clinic for our laser hair removal services please.

Whilst we are more medical centre than spa, and cater to both men and women, some warmth would good to convey.

I've attached several versions of our logo - either can be used depending on the design style and colouring used. You can see more about us at www.bodyworx.ae. I've also added some photos of our clinic if that is of any interest. No need to use them but they're there if you want them.

As we are based in the Middle East, no images showing too much skin should be used. Legs or face, or certain parts of the body are fine, so long as they aren't too revealing, as we need to be culturally sensitive.

One of our (non creative) staff has drafted a basic brochure using Word, which I've attached as a point of reference or for content, although naturally it's not professionally done so it's by no means a design guide! Also open to written content improvement if necessary but this part is non-essential. The only content I specifically want to keep is the price list please.
