Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo for my vegan travel company. Veganbnb Travel offer vegan friendly trips in Guatemala and Spain. I would like to see a design that incorporates something representative of Guatemala's national bird, the Quetzal which has distinctively long tail feathers, open wings I feel are representative of travel and movement. I would like to use shades of black and grey with a deep pink (please see the pink on my current website www.veganbnbtravel.com) as a highlight colour on a white background, (the Quetzal does not need to be in it's traditional real life colours of red and green). The final design should be simple, sleek and eye catching.
