Graphic Design Brief
Capstone International is a newly-registered Canadian not-for-profit organization targeting students and professionals, with the goal of providing a platform to share knowledge and insights regarding the intersection of culture, industry, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Members can then leverage our network and platform to identify and realize opportunities to advance their personal goals, whether that is career advancement in their preferred industry, starting or investing in a business, or contributing to social work globally. Capstone aims to help Canadian students reach out to achieve their goals globally, and aims to help foreign students learn how to succeed in their professional passions here in Canada.
We are looking for a logo for Capstone International, and it should communicate how Capstone serves to enable students and professionals to "cap" their academic foundations with a crowning achievement, whether that be a dream job, their own business, or helping the world via social work. The logo should also be extensible to allow reuse by regional chapters, e.g. Capstone Toronto.
Updates
Thank you to all designers who have submitted proposals so far. I wanted to offer some feedback before the time expires:
We are looking for a logo that leans a bit more on the "professional" side rather than "fun". A little more "sharp" and less "whimsical". Also, as per the norm, we are looking for something easily legible and recognizable across a variety of media, from print to digital, large to small.
