I am like the others before me... this doesn't seem to be a complete brief? Do you want your logo included? I do see the tag line you want included. Do you need copy for this ad or will you be providing it? Do you have a font you like to use for all of your collateral?

Just missed your project in a hurry. now when i read, the brief is incomplete.

I can put it down like below.

1) What do you want to advertise exactly?
2) Who is your target audience? (Public/Small Business/Medium business/Large Business)
3) What should be the ad copy? (Ad copy means : What do you want to communicate to the viewer of this ad. eg: http://2d-code.co.uk/images/nokia-n-gage-advertisement.jpg. in this example the content other than the header is copy).

4) What should be your primary Call to Action (do the customer should call you? or they should visit the website after reading the ad?)

If you can reply to the above questions. yes then your advertisement is complete.
without this informations Publishing an Ad will not work they way it wanted to be.
