Logo Design Brief
Lashgevity is a luxury cosmetic practice providing semi-permanent eyelash extension artistry services. The company needs a corporate identity. Our target audience is affluent women, so I need a brand that would appeal to that type of clientele. I want a thin, crisp, modern font with long eyelashes running across the top of it.
The following information is what I want to essentially do, but for time sake and to ensure that we are on one accord with the design, I’d like for us to just focus on finalizing the font and lashes prior to proceeding with everything else concerning the logo.
I made attempts to illustrate what I am looking for, but I am not good at drawing lashes (or anything for that matter). Lashgevity was derived from the word, longevity, and I was trying to figure out how to incorporate that into the font by connecting the “a” and “g” but I am not certain it works. So I am not set on it. Nonetheless, ultimately I need something like the attachment, Sample 1 (Drawing).
Now although I am a corporation, I may change it to an LLC next year. I also will be registering the company name and logo in the future. So I would like a set of each for the logo (in all white and in all black) as a standalone and with INC: 1.) by itself, 2.) with TM next to it, and 3.) with ® next to it. Please see Sample (All Drawings) for an example. I drew a set with LLC on the logo; however, since it is not a legal requirement, I would prefer to leave it off to get the high-end look that I desire. So please ignore ALL LLC sets of the logo.
Once we complete the logo design, I would like to add a flat screen television to the end of it with “TV” inside of it to use for my YouTube account, such as Sample 2 (Drawing with TV). Additionally I want a shortened version of that, such as Sample 3 (Drawing Monogram with TV) to use as needed. I’d like to see both of these in an all black and white text with the television framed in each color (separately): black, white, silver, and gold.
Just to ensure I am not confusing you, I’d like the 3 sets (logo by itself; with TM next to it; with ® next to it), such as Sample (All Drawings with TV) and Sample (All Drawing Monograms with TV) of the following:
4 separate all white text designs [i.e. Sample 2 (Drawing with TV] with the TV framed in black, white, silver, and gold
4 separate all black text designs [i.e. Sample 2 (Drawing with TV)] with the TV framed in black, white, silver, and gold
4 separate all white monogram designs [i.e. Sample 3 (Drawing Monogram with TV)] with the TV framed in black, white, silver, and gold
4 separate all black monogram designs [i.e. Sample 3 (Drawing Monogram with TV)] with the TV framed in black, white, silver, and gold
See Sample (Overview of All Drawing Types) for all proofs that I need once finalized.
The color scheme that I would like to go with for the stationary is black, gold, and white like the New Orleans Saints colors (http://www.neworleanssaints.com/) once the design is finalized mutually. Please make sure that the gold in the logo matches the gold for the New Orleans Saints. Remember it must be clean, crisp, and modern, scream luxury, and appeal to the affluent market.
Please submit proof of the eyelashes and company name in the font style first for approval before proceeding. I hope that I was thorough and did not confuse you. My apologies if I did; and I would be more than willing to go over this with you for clarification. I need to know how long will it take for you to complete this project. I actually need it to be completed by December 23rd if possible. Please contact me at your earliest convenience regarding this matter. Thank you.
