I have a few concerns with your brief:

No file is attached
DesignCrowd is for Design Contest, although codding may be discussed.
The links go to a Joomla website with a commercial theme installed.

If you are indeed looking to have 5 pages designed (matching a theme you had designed previously) and a Joomla theme customized or coded from scratch (to match the design) you really need to come up with a much higher budget.

As a Designer / Project Manager at Modulus Web Design i have already developed allot of Joomla websites so that wouldn´t be a problem if you provide a proper Design/Development Budget.

I'm sorry, this project was meant for a particular designer that I had already negotiated with. I erroneously started the project as a contest and DesignCrowd says they can't change the project type so I'll just invite them.

The designer already has the file because they did the designs in a previous project for the front page. I am a Joomla developer but not a designer so I just need the HTML and I can code the Joomla template.

We have already agreed on a budget but the amount that I paid is not being reflected so I am in contact with DesignCrowd support with that.

Thanks for the interest though, I'll edit the brief to advise persons not invited to not vie for this project.
