App Design Brief

I am looking for an app that quickly displays the coordinates of where the emergency is located. Once that is displayed then the ability for the caller to call 911 and the coordinates will still be displayed on the calling screen. Two examples I have researched are Metroalert and Airmedic. We don't have a call centre so the emergency number will solely be 911
