Web Design Brief
Trigild is a commercial real estate firm that is based in San Diego, but has offices and properties across the U.S. The current website was completed almost 3 years ago and is need of a refresh. We will rework the existing Wordpress CMS system, but require a new design. We have a great programmer who can take the design into wordpress. I need a design template for each page types, There are are approximately 20 pages for each section of our site. There are 4 Sections: Corporate, Hospitality, Commercial/Residential, and Receiver/Bankruptcy. See attached creative brief for the initial pages we would like drafted.
