I need a box design and template to send to my printers.
This box will hold a Chlorine Removal Shower Head. This is a free gift we give our clients for watching a demonstration. We Value the gift at $119.00 but DO NOT display the dollar amount on the box.

H 4 3/8" x W 5 7/8" x L 10"

It needs to be a proper box design to with all flaps and folds so my printing company can make it.
