Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our company. We were established in 1984 with roots back to the 1930's. We are an independent insurance agency located in Chattanooga, TN. We represent many regional and national insurance companies and sell personal and commercial insurance to a large variety of customers. I will upload our current logo. You have a blank slate and not sure if we need only our name or our name and a logo image. Currently our proposal covers are blue and our logo image in pantone warm red but we are open to all colors and ideas.
