Logo Design Brief

Hello!

I am looking for a logo for a hair extension brand I am creating. Here is some background information and links to help you with this design. It needs to be just right!
I own The Extensionist Consultancy Inc., which is a specialty hair extension studio and hair salon. Currently, I am developing a nation-wide academy to teach hair extensions, as well as developing our own brand of hair extensions to sell to our students and carry in our salons.

I would like to re-vamp our Extensionist Academy logo, something professional, fun, demanding and education based. I would like it to say
EXTENSIONIST ACADEMY
And then I wouldn't mind having a smaller version of the logo saying EA. I will submit a photo of an idea of the circular logo I found appealing. (It will say la and is teal).

Next, is our hair extension brand.
To start I would like the logo made for this brand. The name is:
HERR EXTENSIONS
Professional Distribution & Supplies

I would like to brand HERR EXTENSIONS in such a way that it becomes the benchmark of professional hair extension brands in all of north america. Thus, it needs to be professional, but feminine.
