Flyer Design Brief

We are a new company named QuuBid where users can bid on auctions for just pennies and win items at up to 98% off retail value. I would like for it to be bubbly and eye-catching, similar to the design of my logo. I would like for it to include the following features:

1) Logo and/or just the name "QuuBid" in any place applicable.
2) Show products such as electronics (tv, xbox, playstation, etc.) that can be won at 98% off retail price.
3) Content showcasing that our products are always brand new, include fast shipping and better than competing auction sites such as ebay, without distinctly having any of their logos on the page.
4) Registration buttons in multiple places for maximum exposure.
5) How it works section: Register an account, purchase the starter package, start bidding and save up to 98% off.
7) The most important part will be a registration area at the top of the flyer which will ask users to signup, most include text area's for First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Confirm Email, Username, Password, Confirm Password, and Promo Code.

This flyer will be on my website and needs to be roughly 960px wide. I will be adding input elements such as textbox's and links/buttons to the flyer once I get it onto the site so it needs to be ready to immediately publish upon completion.
