The card will be placed on plastic stand at doctors office and Seniors centers. This is to acheive specific market segment of people that must have Medicare A & B card and FULL medicaid.
The size of the card shuold be 3.1/2" X 6" printed on vertical format. The basic design must have a picture of a denture and a eye glass frame.The content should be:
