Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for my new company based in New York called "Tri-State Marine Electric". We repair and redesign the electronics on tugboats and yachts. I would like to use the Tristate map on New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut incorporated into the logo with blue water and the name of the company in the water.
