T-shirt Design Brief

I need a t-shrit design for Happy Grass Landscaping. Happy Grass Landscaping is a Landscaping company that is looking for a parody shirt that represents their company in states that have legalized cannabis (Washington and Colorado). They would like the state name to be swappable (not listing both states on the same shirt).

The shirt cannot be offensive as it will be worn by their workers. They don't want the word cannabis, marijuana, etc. on the shirt. They would prefer the cannabis reference to be contained in the imagery. The focus should be landscaping but with a cannabis reference. For example a lawn mower mowing grass with cannabis leaves mixed in.

The shirt will be a DTG (direct to garment) print so number of colors (including white) is not a concern. It will be printed on a Kelly Green t-shirt. The print area is 14" X 16".

It can be a front design or a back design with a front left chest design.

Vector files are preferred but photoshop/pdf files are also acceptable.
