Brochure Design Brief

We need a brochure to showcase our consignment business. We are a company that sells event tickets (sports, concerts, theatre, etc...) on the secondary market. We are now starting a new business venture where other companies like ours can sell through us, leveraging our technology, and our infrastructure to grow their business.

We want to showcase the benefits of consigning with us, instead of doing things on your own. By using our services companies won't have to deal with providing customer support, packaging and delivering tickets, fighting credit card charge-backs. They also won't need to pay for expensive software utilities, point-of-sale licenses, and exchange fees. (An exchange is where they list tickets, like StubHub.com or TicketsNow.com).

Target Market(s)

We want to advertise that by using our services we'll meet or beat their current rates on the various exchanges (StubHub, TicketNetwork, TicketsNow, etc...) and save them money by eliminating their need for expensive software and extra labor.
We want to target 2 key demographics.

The first is smaller brokers that do maybe $300k-$500k in annual sales. For these brokers the monthly and yearly expenses of automation software, point-of-sale systems, and website hosting can eat into a large part of their profit. A small time broker could save over $15,000 / year in those expenses alone.

The second target is larger brokers that do several million in annual sales. For these brokers, they're paying for labor to package and deliver tickets (shipping and handling), answer phones and resolve issues (customer support), fight credit card charge-backs. They're also paying for the infrastructure of supporting an office: rent, utilities, etc... A large broker like this could save hundreds of thousands of dollars by reducing their need for all that labor, which would in turn reduce their need for a large office space
