Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a community based disability organisation in Gympie, Queensland, Australia. We work with individuals and their families to provided respite and social support. We support individuals in accessing opportunities which enable them to live the life they choose. We value difference in people.
We would like to see designs that use colour to communicate welcoming, people coming together. Also that we could use the W on its own to be a symbol of Weeroona
We have attached a pic that we like the concept of, nothing to do with the pencil, just the idea of colour and coming into one
