Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed for a new business based in Sydney call "Small Job Bob". We specialise in handyman and maintenance jobs up to $10,000. I was thinking of a cute cartoon type character, something similar to a Minion from the move 'Despicable Me' perhaps holding a tool like a hammer or drill. All other ideas welcome. The final design should be memorable
