PowerPoint Design Brief

We need a powerpoint design for giving technical presentations on programming and programming-related topics.

Our website is at www.copenhagensoftware.com (alas, only in Danish).
The handout we use to invite people to one of these presentations is this:

We are looking for a design that emits a sense of seriousness and knowledge and is pretty versatile. Given that the presentations may contain a lot of technical details, the design should be simple enough to let diagrams, text, highlighted text etc. stand out.
We have attached the presentation we have been using thus far to this brief - that should give you an impression of the kind of content we will be presenting.
