Flyer Design Brief

I run a monthly nightclub event, focusing on underground dance music. The music and djs that get played here are "cool" and this isn't targeted to the commercial crowd. I will attach some examples of what i would like the flyer to look like. As for details, i would like the flyer laid out like so.
