Any reason why deadline keeps extending?

The reason for the first time was included in the message update which was due the addition of a third winner. This time we extended the deadline because we received more designs that we need to review. 


Please note that many of the submitted designs are really good and several of them are close to our expectation. That increased the competition level and made it difficult on us to chose the three winning designs.
