Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a startup company in London, England.
Cornhill Gold Bullion will sell gold and silver bullion bars & coins via our website (under construction) for delivery direct to clients OR for storage in gold vaults in London.
We have seen some logos that we like that perhaps you could borrow some ideas from. Apart from these suggestions, we leave it to all you talented designers to come up with great ideas of your own.

Things we have seen and like:
1. Corona Extra Logo. See the link below. We like the idea of a simple Crown (not too complicated) and the company name beside or below it.
Colours to consider using: Perhaps Blue or Black for the company name and a mixture of Gold and Silver for the crown.
See the large black only logo for 'CORONA EXTRA' on the link below, as well as the smaller blue and gold logo below it on the same page, also for 'CORONA EXTRA'.
Typeface to be somewhat different.

2. The other link to look at below contains a logo for the Carlton Club. We dont like the logo BUT I would like to see how the first idea would look with a horizontal line underneath, with the word 'London' appearing underneath. Two versions, one with and one without the line and 'London' would be good to consider.
