Logo Design Brief

I am a photographer and painter living in Venice, CA. I need a logo for letterhead, invoices and to stamp on the back of my work; so the logo must allow for adding 2 lines of copyright text on said stamp which is 3"x1.75" in size and inflexible due to the archival ink pad size. The logo should be B&W and convey both the idea of a photograph and a painting as well a technical precision and archival permanence.
