I've got some general questions.

For what purpose shall this image be designed? Is it only used as a wallpaper on local computers?

Why do you prefer/ask for a *.bmp file?

Why do you demand a small filesize below 100KB? It usually comes along with high compression of an image and lower quality.

Please tell me: do you want Center or Centre for english? As your brief says "Center" and all the other info (website etc). says "Ottawa Convention Centre".
