The business thrives through Daphne's warm hearted professionalism and willingness to give the advie the accountants won't give unless you part with hundreds of pounds in cash.
They pride themselves on providing a good value service that beats the accountants every time. Daphne wants a logo that is quirky. Both she and her assistant are larger ladies and wanted something that conveys what they do but with a "Two Fat Ladies" angle to it.
