Wordpress Design Brief

I am trying to establish a brand for myself that says I'm living my dream developed out of my life's experiences. I help other people look at their reality, resources, and dreams in a niche market. My brand is more than the niche market one blog targets since I have other blogs/sites that will eventually convert over to this umbrella brand look I'm going for.

The existing site is located at ByGeri.com which offers consulting services to new antiques and collectibles dealers.
A second site offers website traffic development training at mytrafficcollege.com for those newbies in my niche trying to get some website traffic.
My third website is cruisesbygeri.com still undeveloped as a website that offers cruise packages to those retirees in my niche market.
