My design resolution is too high.  (currently 1200 x 1536) but unfortunately we are not allowed to upload more then 1200 x 900 pixels. The custom requirements took the design more

It is unfortunate that we are restricted to the size while the custom requirements from the client may take more space on home page. I request admin please solve this issue and increase the size more in length.

Just happened across your contest and wanted to help you with something. A flash splash page will not help you with SEO optimization. You could have a flash component on an html page which would give you movement, etc but flash is unreadable by search engines so they will only read the text that you use.
