Logo Design Brief

Need a logo for a Takeaway Pizza store. I want it to have an Italian feel primarily using the Italian flag colours, red green and white. I want the word "Theo's" to be the main focus with the word "Little" the least amount of focus. I prefer bold serious font not squiggly playful font.
