Wordpress Design Brief

We need a wordpress design for an existing company. We do all things development (web etc) but our bread and butter is apps. Our current website SUCKS and is in need of some love. The current site is happehippos.com and uses a single-page parallax theme. I HATE THIS THEME, and any other single page theme for that matter, but I do like the parallax structure. I would like to see a design that use greys, see the logo below. It should communicate innovation, business, and some playfulness.
